In Indian River County, too many neighbors face life-changing legal battles—eviction, custody disputes, domestic violence, loss of benefits—without anyone to stand beside them. Indian River Legal Aid was created to change that, but we cannot do it alone.
Our pro bono attorney network is a lifeline for families who would otherwise be unseen, unheard, and unrepresented. Every case you take is more than a matter—it’s a child kept safe, a senior staying in their home, a veteran receiving the benefits they’ve earned, a family finding stability.

At Indian River Legal Aid, we don’t work alone. Partnering with local agencies, nonprofits, and community groups, we help families access housing, food, jobs, counseling, and emergency funds—giving them the support they need to get back on their feet.
